Positive reference for David (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/davidg.) I hosted David for five days in NYC, he is a nice surfer, being quiet, organised and easy going. I was working most of the time he was here but we were still able to get to a craft beer bar in my neighborhood and hear about his experiences living in Montreal. He is respectful and tidy and bought some great beers to share. David's reference: Ant was an absolutely amazing host. He is an infinite source of ideas of things to do in NYC, I followed almost all his recommendations and I really enjoy my stay. He was also very accommodating of my schedule. I also enjoyed watching TV shows and figure skating from the olympics, and going to grab a beer! Interesting conversations about health and NYC (I finally learned about the steam coming out of the streets). Thank you so much for your hospitality Ant and best of luck upon your return to Australia, see you around
Positive reference for Marek (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/marcinek1993) Marek is a awesome surfer and was great being able to host him for 5 nights for his first trip to NYC. He kindly bought me some great polish vodka and treats and got in contact to chat before he arrived so that we knew each other. It was cool seeing how energetic he was to explore NYC, covering multiple places and attractions each day and we got to have a nice meal in Chinatown together. He is friendly and respectful and I would highly recommend him as a surfer. Marek's reference: Anthony was just a great host! From the minute I entered his apartment he was welcoming and super nice :) His recommendations and tips about things to see and do in NY were amazing and super useful! We managed even to eat out one night and we shared interesting talks. Thank you Ant for your hospitability.
