It was great having Thomas stay with me for a weekend in Sydney, his easy to get on with and makes some awesome crepes! It was cool being able to show him one of the beaches in the national park south of Sydney and get to the rugby sevens. It was also nice being able to talk about different English and Australian words and hear about his experiences with rubric cube competitions and living in Switzerland. I would definitely recommend him as a couchsurfer to host and hope we can catch up more in the future!

I enjoyed staying with Anthony! 😁
He brought me to a beautiful nudist beach which I'll never have found without him. We talked and hang out quite a lot and he explained many things to me which I really appreciate (I know I can ask a lot of questions!).
I found him calm and interested.

Ooh and he also cooked me a tasty meal on the first day while I was outside for a little training 😋

Werrong nude beach with hail and rainbows!

It was an early January day and the past week had been unseasonally wet and cool in Sydney, however that morning the sun was out and while the forecast suggested a possible afternoon thunderstorm, my mate and I decided to risk it and get down to Werrong nude beach , which is about an hour south of Sydney in the Royal National Park. Leaving Sydney the sun was out bright with white clouds in the distance but going down the highway the clouds darkened and darkened until about 10 mins from the start of the bush walk to Werrong it started to pour and my car theometer said the temp had dropped from 29 to 21! By the time we had arrived the rain had stopped and the road was steaming from the downpour. The walk from the road includes the popular Bundena to Otford trial and also the trial to the instagram famous figure of 8 pools. Couchsurfing with Alexander - hosted Sydney Feb 2023

Alexander from Ukraine - https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/alexander-zhilin Alexander was a nice guest and was cool to host him for a few days when he first arrived in Australia, we had some beers, whiskey and chats about Australia and his time living in Ukraine, Thailand and Croatia. His cool to talk too, easy to get on with and was cool to give him his first experience as a couchsurfer rather than as a host! Alexander's reference Ant is a really nice host. He shared with me beer and a meal on the first day. The room is very clean. The location is good. I enjoyed very much staying with him!
